		Cuvée Saint Marc 2003 Château de Belle-Coste Rouge Ref: RW100018 Costières de Nîmes, Red Bertrand and Anne-Marie Tremblay's red 2003 Costières de Nîmes won a Medaille d'Or at Paris. Here is another summer 2004 discovery when we were searching to the east of our house for different styles of Le Midi wines. We arrived at this tumble-down château with its geese, ducks and pigs to find a rich wine of wonderful class justifying its acclaim. Syrah and Grenache grapes combine to illustrate how top reds from Costières de Nîmes outshine even the best from Côte du Rhône. A saintly wine named after Sophie's husband? It's just a shame that the French can't spell Mark correctly! Nevertheless, a heavenly find! £8.90
